BASES PROMOCIÓN “Sorteo 1 polo y 1 gorra firmadas por Raúl Fernández”
PRIMERA – EMPRESA ORGANIZADORA
La Empresa RF25 RACING TEAM S.L., con domicilio social en Calle Juan de la Cierva, 8 (Nave 14). 28341 Valdemoro (Madrid) con CIF B09629338, organiza en las fechas indicadas a continuación el “Sorteo de 1 polo y 1 gorra firmadas por Raúl Fernández” (en adelante “la Promoción”) de ámbito internacional, a desarrollar de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el apartado de condiciones para participar.
SEGUNDA – BASES DE LA PROMOCIÓN
- ÁMBITO TERRITORIAL:
La presente Promoción es aplicable a nivel internacional.
- ÁMBITO PERSONAL:
La presente Promoción es de aplicación de acuerdo con lo que se establecerá en los apartados siguientes, a todas aquellas personas que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en el apartado “Mecánica de la Promoción” con sujeción a las presentes bases.
- DURACIÓN Y CADUCIDAD DE LA PROMOCIÓN:
La Promoción objeto de las presentes bases se iniciará el 21 de diciembre de 2024 y durará hasta el 30 de diciembre de 2024 que se celebrará el sorteo.
- OBJETO:
El objetivo de la promoción es premiar a dos seguidores de la cuenta de Instagram del Fan Club Oficial de Raúl Fernández (@rf25fanclub).
- PREMIOS:
1 polo y 1 gorra del equipo Trackhouse Racing MotoGP firmados por Raúl Fernández para dos ganadores. Queda prohibida la comercialización, cambio o venta del premio. La renuncia del premio no otorgará al renunciante derecho a indemnización o compensación alguna.
TERCERA – REQUISITOS Y MECÁNICA DE PARTICIPACIÓN
Mecánica de la Promoción:
- Ser seguidor de la página de Instagram del Fan Club Oficial de Raúl Fernández (@rf25fanclub).
- Comentar en el post publicado el 21 de diciembre de 2024 en el que se anuncia el sorteo mencionando a una persona con cuenta en Instagram.
CUARTA – GANADORES
Tras finalizar la Promoción, el día 30 de diciembre de 2024 se realizará un sorteo entre todos los que hayan comentado y mencionado a una persona con cuenta de Instagram en la publicación realizada el día 21 de diciembre de 2024 en la cuenta de Instagram del Fan Club Oficial de Raúl Fernández (@rf25fanclub). Se escogerán dos ganadores de manera aleatoria en un sorteo realizado a través de Instagram. También se seleccionaran dos suplentes por ganador. Los dos ganadores serán contactados por mensaje directo en Instagram.
Para poder recibir el premio, se comprobará que los ganadores deberán ser seguidores de la página de Instagram del Fan Club Oficial de Raúl Fernández y haber comentado mencionando a un usuario de Instagram. Si es correcto, se les pedirá la dirección postal y se les enviará el premio a su domicilio sin gasto alguno.
QUINTA – CAMBIOS O ANULACIÓN DE LA PROMOCIÓN
RF25 RACING TEAM S.L. se reserva el derecho de modificar o ampliar estas bases promocionales en la medida que no perjudique o menoscabe los derechos de los participantes en la Promoción.
En caso de detectar alguna anomalía o fraude, la Empresa también se reserva el derecho de anular esta Promoción para la persona o personas implicadas.
SEXTA – RECLAMACIÓN
El periodo de reclamación de cualquier problema o eventualidad relacionada con esta promoción finalizará transcurridos 7 días desde la finalización de la Promoción.
SÉPTIMA – VARIOS
La simple participación en esta Promoción implica la aceptación de las bases en su totalidad, por lo que la manifestación en el sentido de no aceptación de la totalidad o parte de las mismas, implicará la exclusión del participante y como consecuencia de ello, la Empresa quedará liberada del cumplimiento de la obligación contraída con dicho participante.
La Empresa se reserva el derecho de efectuar cualquier cambio, suspender o ampliar la presente Promoción.

FIRST - ORGANISING COMPANY
The company RF25 RACING TEAM S.L., with registered office in Calle Juan de la Cierva, 8 (Nave 14). 28341 Valdemoro (Madrid) with CIF B09629338, organises, on the dates indicated below, the 'Drawing of 1 Polo Shirt and 1 Cap signed by Raúl Fernández' (hereinafter the 'Promotion') of international scope, to be developed in accordance with the provisions of the section on the Conditions of Participation.
SECOND - THE BASES OF THE PROMOTION
- TERRITORIAL SCOPE:
This Promotion is applicable internationally.
- PERSONAL SCOPE:
This Promotion is open to all persons who meet the requirements set forth in the "Promotion Mechanics" section, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
- DURATION AND EXPIRY OF THE PROMOTION:
The Promotion that is the subject of these terms and conditions will start on 21 December 2024 and will last until 30 December 2024, the date of the draw.
- OBJECT:
The aim of the Promotion is to reward two followers of the Official Raúl Fernández Fan Club Instagram account (@rf25fanclub).
- PRIZES:
1 Trackhouse Racing MotoGP Team polo shirt and 1 cap signed by Raúl Fernández for two winners. The prize may not be commercialised, exchanged or sold. The renunciation of the prize does not entitle the renunciant to any indemnity or compensation.
THIRD - REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION
Mechanics of the Promotion:
- Be a follower of the Official Raúl Fernández Fan Club Instagram page (@rf25fanclub).
- Comment on the post published on 21 December 2024 announcing the draw, mentioning a person with an Instagram account.
FOURTH - WINNERS
At the end of the Promotion, on 30th December 2024, a draw will be held among all those who have commented and mentioned a person with an Instagram account in the publication of 21st December 2024 on the Instagram account of the Official Raúl Fernández Fan Club (@rf25fanclub). Two winners will be drawn at random via Instagram. Two alternates per winner will also be selected. The two winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
In order to receive the prize, the winners will be verified as followers of the Raúl Fernández Official Fan Club Instagram page and have commented by mentioning an Instagram user. If this is correct, they will be asked for their postal address and the prize will be sent to their home address free of charge.
FIFTH - MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE PROMOTION
RF25 RACING TEAM S.L. reserves the right to modify or extend the terms and conditions of this promotion, provided that the rights of the participants in the promotion are not affected or undermined.
The company also reserves the right to cancel this promotion for the person or persons involved in the event of any anomaly or fraud being discovered.
SIXTH - COMPLAINTS
The claim period for any problem or incident relating to this promotion will end 7 days after the end of the promotion.
SEVENTH - MISCELLANEOUS
The mere participation in this promotion implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions in their entirety, so that the expression of not accepting all or part of the same will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence, release the Company from the fulfilment of the obligation contracted with the said participant.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or extend this promotion.
